2026 International Sports Events Staffing

Elevate is expanding its national roster in preparation for major international sporting events across the U.S. in 2026. We anticipate a high volume of promotional, hospitality, and fan-engagement opportunities, and we are building a waitlist of talented and reliable staff to support these large-scale activations. If you enjoy interacting with people, bringing energy to events, and professionally representing brands, we want you on our team!

Event locations include multiple U.S. cities, such as: Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, New York/New Jersey, and Philadelphia. We are recruiting nationwide, so even if your city isn’t listed, you are welcome to join our waitlist for future opportunities.

We are seeking experienced and entry-level staff for the following roles:

• Brand Ambassadors
• Hospitality & Guest Services Staff
• Street Teams & Fan Engagement Staff
• Registration & Check-In Staff
• Lead Brand Ambassadors
• Field Managers / Team Leads

What We Look For:

• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Experience in events, customer service, or promotions (preferred, not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility during peak event dates (summer 2026)
• Ability to work in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation rates vary per role and market, typically ranging from $25–$40/hr, depending on the activation and position.
