NewScope Marketing, a specialized experiential marketing agency, is seeking a motivated Team Lead for an Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager position.
This role focuses on managing on-site Brand Ambassadors, facilitating consumer engagement, and driving lead generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising Brand Ambassadors across five display locations, ensuring productivity and focus on responsibilities (not on personal devices or socializing).
- Providing an additional layer of security for female Brand Ambassadors.
- Documenting displays with photos and completing post-event recaps.
- Managing and tracking giveaway inventory.

- Monday, September 15: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday, September 28: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Sunday, November 2: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, November 9: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Thursday, November 20: 4:15 PM - 10:15 PM
- Sunday, December 14: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, December 21: 12:25 PM - 6:25 PM
- TBD Date of Final Game
The pay rate is $40 per hour. Payment will be issued via ACH within a maximum of three weeks upon receipt of all necessary documentation. Submission of a timesheet and a completed W-9 form is mandatory for payment processing.
Attire requires a professional dress code of solid black pants or shorts and comfortable tennis shoes (any color). A uniform shirt will be provided on your first working day and must be worn.
Responsibilities
- • Roam the stadium checking in on brand ambassadors regularly, making sure they remain productive at their post and focused on their responsibilities
- • Add an extra layer of security for female brand ambassadors
- • Take photos of displays and complete post-event recaps
- • Keep track of giveaway inventory
- • Submit timesheet and complete a W-9 form for payment processing
- • Wear a professional dress code consisting of solid black pants or shorts and comfortable tennis shoes
- • Wear a provided shirt as part of the uniform
