Overview
At Brightspeed Internet, we are excited to announce our upcoming event, the Day Brightener Tour, where we will be featuring our beloved mascot, Ray! We are currently seeking a Handler to assist Ray throughout the event, which will take place on October 17 from 5 PM to 9:30 PM at Turner Stadium, Humble, TX.
As a Handler, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the mascot in getting in and out of costume.
- Guiding Ray during the event, ensuring proper direction and transitions.
- Monitoring and advocating for Ray's breaks throughout the schedule.
- Taking photos with attendees and ensuring that Ray looks great in each shot.
- Ensuring children engage gently with Ray and maintaining a fun atmosphere.
Prior to the event, the Handler will send a photo of Ray in costume for approval to the Account Coordinator to verify the costume's likeness. Punctuality and discretion are essential, as we kindly ask that you do not disclose any information about this role on social media or other platforms.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- • Assist the mascot in getting in and out of costume
- • Guide the mascot while walking around during the event
- • Ensure the mascot takes breaks as needed
- • Capture photos with attendees while ensuring camera direction
- • Help children interact gently with the mascot
