Compensation:
- Promo Model: $33/hour
- Additional Hourly Incentive: An extra $2/hour is provided for meeting the following criteria: on-time arrival, adherence to uniform policy, hair styled and down, full makeup applied, completion of shift and recap, and positive client feedback.
Uniform Requirements:
Black sports leggings/pants/shorts, black sneakers, and a black top. A branded T-shirt will be provided on-site.
Program Specifics:
- Drive client success by facilitating app downloads and completions.
- Must be KPI-driven and comfortable with confidently engaging visitors to encourage mobile app sign-ups via QR code.
- All candidates will undergo a client approval process. You may receive an email from the Booking Coordinator requesting additional information if considered. Clients will be actively involved onsite for the duration of this event, so a high-energy presence is essential daily.
