Assist Marketing Brand Activation

Join the fun at the Johnson City TN Festival! Assist Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a top insurance agency. We're looking for individuals who can be the face of the brand, connecting with festival-goers and creating memorable experiences with a friendly, high-energy presence.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage attendees and encourage them to register for a chance to win an awesome sweepstakes prize via a quick QR code on lanyards. You'll comfortably approach guests, create buzz around the event, and assist with handing out prizes to lucky winners at our fun carnival games, like Plinko or the Prize Wheel. Your role will go beyond just prize distribution; you'll represent the brand, share key information, and contribute to a strong brand presence throughout the event.

We are looking for outgoing, team-oriented individuals who love interacting with people, can take direction with ease, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Available Roles:

• Promo Staff – $27 phr
• Onsite Backup – $50 flat
