Assist Marketing Brand Ambassador activation

We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our team for exciting promotional events. Our staff positions are filled quickly, so prompt submission of your availability is highly encouraged.

Candidates will be contacted via email or phone with event details, pay rates, and to schedule an online interview if necessary. All new Assist Marketing staff are required to complete a mandatory Google Meet video interview before officially joining the team. Due to the high volume of applications, individual replies to every applicant may not be possible.

Join the fun at the Johnson City TN TriPride Festival! Assist Marketing is looking for energetic promotional staff to represent a top insurance agency. You will be the face of the brand, connecting with festival-goers and creating memorable experiences with your friendly, high-energy presence.

Your primary role will be to engage event attendees and encourage them to register for a chance to win an exciting sweepstakes prize via a quick QR code on lanyards. You will comfortably approach guests, encourage sign-ups, and generate buzz around the event. Additionally, you will assist with handing out prizes to winners of our fun carnival games, such as Plinko or the Prize Wheel!

As a Brand Ambassador Extraordinaire, your responsibilities extend beyond prize distribution. You will represent the brand, share key information, and establish a strong brand presence throughout the event. We are looking for outgoing, team-oriented individuals who enjoy interacting with people, can easily follow directions, and thrive in collaborative environments!
