Collaborating with a dedicated production team, you will assist in setting up event locations according to detailed render designs, which includes moving builds, arranging tables, and decorating the space for an inviting ambiance. Your responsibilities will also extend to interacting with attendees at different activation stations, including the registration area and tasting zones.
The event will be supported by a team of ambassadors, both front of house and back of house, to provide exceptional service. This includes managing pouring and sampling duties, keeping common areas tidy, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. You will be pivotal in promoting brand engagement and enhancing visitor experience throughout the event.
