About This Role
We are seeking an Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager to oversee our immersive Whiskey tasting tour. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate various teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the following teams:
- Production Team: Consisting of 6 production assistants, this team is responsible for setting up all assets based on render designs. This includes the ability and willingness to set up tables, move builds, and decorate the event space to specifications.
- Host/Brand Ambassador Team: A team of 3 consumer-facing ambassadors assigned to various activation stations throughout the tasting tour. Their duties will include managing the registration station, photo activation, and acting as greeters/roaming hosts in the tasting zone.
- Back of House Team: Comprised of 4 back-of-house ambassadors, this team will be assigned to critical support roles for the tasting tour. Responsibilities include pouring and sampling, setting up and washing stations, and front-of-house preparation and bussing.
