Military Base Wine Tasting Demo

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and responsible individual for an in-store wine tasting position. This role requires a keen interest in the wine, spirits, and beer industry, a desire to learn about the products we represent, and the ability to engage and interact enthusiastically with customers. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to sell product!

This is a contract position (1099) offering $30 per hour. Each demonstration is 3 hours. Candidates must be 21 years old and must be experienced in similar roles. A military ID is required for access to The Main Exchange.

• Be on time and reliable.
• Set up, sample product, interact with customers, and tear down your station.
• Engage with customers and gather their feedback on the product.
• Provide 0.5 oz. samples of product to store customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
• Complete an event recap form within 48 hours of the demo.
• Include a photo of yourself with your table and submit it with the recap form.
• Maintain an impeccable presentation at all times, as you will be representing the company, brand, store, supplier, and distributor.
• Maintain brand, product, and industry knowledge to anticipate and thoughtfully respond to customer inquiries.
