Job Overview
We are seeking four dependable and hardworking Labor Staff members to assist in the setup of a unique Pop-Tarts activation in the Walmart parking lot. This role focuses exclusively on event setup, ensuring that equipment, structures, and materials are arranged safely and correctly before guests arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading the activation truck efficiently and safely.
- Moving and placing heavy materials, which may include:
- Tables
- Canopies/tents
- Signage and branded displays
- Furniture and event props
- Boxes of supplies, décor, or swag
- Assembling furniture and event components, such as chairs and branded fixtures.
- Installing canopies/tents, ensuring they are securely positioned with weights or stakes.
- Positioning branded signage and ensuring proper display as per directions.
- Double-checking that the activation area is polished, safe, and professional-looking.
- Following safety protocols while lifting and carrying materials.
- Collaborating with other labor staff and taking direction from the on-site lead/client team.
