About This Role
The Bench, LLC is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent State Farm at an upcoming event in Kissimmee, Florida.
We are looking for individuals who are personable and outgoing, reliable, self-motivated, and punctual. The ideal candidate will be ready to facilitate quality engagements with consumers. Experience with event technology (iPads, printers), photography, and data capture is a plus.
Typical tasks include:
- Assisting Field Market Managers with the setup and breakdown of booth assets and inventory (requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs, focusing on safety and teamwork).
- Guiding consumers through the activation experience at various stations.
- Helping Field Market Managers manage inventory of giveaways, supplies, and uniforms.
- Troubleshooting technology issues as they arise.
The event dates are from Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, to Saturday, January 10th, 2026. Candidates should ideally be available and committed to all shift times listed below:
- Wednesday, January 7th, 2026: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday, January 8th, 2026: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday, January 9th, 2026: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday, January 10th, 2026: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Role. Hiring and billing are managed by The Bench Global, LLC. Once approved, you will be invited to our payment provider, RAMP, to create a profile and coordinate payment. Payment is net 7 from the final day on-site.
Approved Brand Ambassadors will receive virtual training materials covering program logistics, position overview, and dress code. On-site training will be conducted on Show Day 1 prior to activation. A brand t-shirt will be provided on-site.
All applicants will be required to pass a background check, which will include, at a minimum:
- National, state, and county (or equivalent) criminal record checks for all disclosed and discovered residential and employment addresses.
- A prohibited parties search, including OFAC, the Terrorist Watch List, Specially Designated Nationals List, and Blocked Persons List.
- An employment history verification for the prior five employers.
- A review of all convictions and pre-trial diversion programs for any felony or misdemeanor involving dishonesty, breach of trust, fraud or financial crimes, illegal manufacture, sale, distribution of or trafficking in a controlled substance, money laundering, theft or computer crimes, violent crimes against persons or property, sexually related criminal conduct, and crimes involving possession or use of a dangerous weapon.
Candidates must be able to fully speak and understand English.
