About the Role
Vibrance Marketing is on the lookout for motivated and self-starter Brand Ambassadors to represent Lily's Chocolates through in-store demonstrations. This position is self-scheduling, requiring you to proactively call stores to confirm product availability and set up your demos. We do not provide scheduling support, except for specific instances involving scheduling portals. Ensuring proper scheduling is critical to avoid nonpayment or missed opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store demonstrations to promote Lily's Chocolates.
- Learn product details through brand resources and training materials.
- Create and maintain a clean demo area, ensuring proper sample temperatures.
- Educate customers about product ingredients and health benefits.
- Submit detailed and professional demo reports after each event.
Requirements
- Must own a table, black fabric tablecloth, and relevant display tools.
- Ability to read and understand written directions.
- Responsive communication via email.
- Reliable transportation and adherence to food safety guidelines (food handler permit may be required).
- Self-motivated and proactive with a professional demeanor in reporting and customer interactions.
Compensation
Enjoy a competitive rate of $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor, with payments made weekly via Bill.com on Fridays. Note that product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck, and timely submission of reports is crucial to payment processing.
