About This Role
Busy Bee Promotions is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients at exciting Grand Opening events for Aldi grocery stores.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Encouraging customer participation in the Grand Opening contest for a $500 Aldi Gift Card.
- Guiding customers on how to properly scan QR codes for contest entry using mobile devices.
- Discussing Aldi Finds products and other approved talking points related to the Grand Opening.
- Maintaining an upbeat, welcoming, and friendly demeanor while interacting with the public.
- Collecting data and capturing photographs throughout the event for recap purposes.
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and genuinely interested in engaging with customers. You must also be able to lift 30 lbs to assist with setting up signs and stands.
Uniform requirements include: your own dark blue jeans (clean, not torn or frayed), and clean, closed-toed neutral or shirt-matching gym shoes. Busy Bee Promotions will provide an Aldi Grand Opening t-shirt.
There will be 4 Brand Ambassadors per event. The on-site time for events will be either 6:30 am - 10:30 am or 7:30 am - 11:30 am.
Compensation for this role is $110 for the day. Travel reimbursement will be approved for distances 60+ miles.
Requirements

- • Showing customers how to scan the QR Code properly for the contest entry.
- • Discussing the Aldi Finds products or other Grand Opening, Aldi-approved talking points.
- • General upbeat, welcoming, and friendly interactions with the public.
- • Collect data and capture photographs.
- • Continue to engage with the public and collect data & photos for recap purposes.
