About This Role
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for a Set-up/Labor Help position for an upcoming F1 Party. This role requires general event production assistance, with a focus on efficient and timely execution of event logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reliable event and production support on November 22 & 23.
- Timely assistance with all logistical aspects, including receiving, transporting, unpacking, set-up, packing, load-out, and FedEx drop-off.
- Coordination with production leads to ensure the smooth execution of all tasks.
Candidates must be able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs. Experience in event set-up, strike, and general event day operations is essential. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Please note: The exact schedule and call times will be confirmed closer to the event date. Staff will operate under the direct supervision of the on-site production manager.
