About This Role
GOAT Events is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Event Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Join our team and contribute to impactful fundraising efforts. The work hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
As an Event Specialist, you will report directly to the On-Site Manager and be integral to executing various fundraising components throughout the event. At GOAT, we pride ourselves on the quality of our team members, and we are looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize iPad software for event operations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Provide bid support for digital and live auctions
- Perform accurate data entry
- Offer general customer assistance to attendees
- Troubleshoot technology-related issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in technology awareness
- High degree of focus and attentiveness to both the on-site manager and attendees
- Fundraising software experience is a plus, especially with Givesmart. Candidates with Givesmart experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred
- 1 year of experience in event support, customer service, fundraising, or a related field
- Must be able to fully speak and understand English
