About the Role

Join Meta’s Lab Retail team at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, NV, where we showcase the innovative Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality technologies. As a Meta Experience Expert, you will provide a premium customer experience through engaging, hands-on demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our products. Your role will be crucial in educating consumers and transforming product demos into valuable customer acquisitions.

Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a superb communicator, truly passionate about delivering world-class customer service. You will be available to work 12-15 hours per week, with flexibility for nighttime and weekend shifts. Additionally, occasional on-and off-site events may require availability beyond regular store hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the features and benefits of our client’s products, including accessories.
  • Conduct world-class demonstrations that create memorable and immersive customer experiences.
  • Process consumer transactions using the client’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Achieve performance goals and collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop action plans when necessary.
  • Maintain day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures and manage interactive customer displays.

Excitement awaits during the paid training scheduled for the week of September 29th, with the store anticipated to open on October 13th.
