Pyramid Group On-Premise Sampling

Pyramid Consulting Group is seeking a highly professional and experienced individual for a Liquor/Wine/Beer On-Premise role at exclusive venues and special events. This position demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional service skills, and a poised demeanor.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional catering and beverage service to clients.
• Proficiently handling and balancing a 2 lbs Sterling Silver platter for extended periods (at least 30 minutes).
• Skillfully balancing a Sterling Silver tray with up to six champagne or highball glasses.
• Gracefully opening and pouring champagne without spillage.
• Maintaining a professional and poised presence while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in catering, restaurant serving, or bartending is essential.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
• Client-facing experience with a professional and poised attitude.

Dress Code:

• Loose-fitting long-sleeve black t-shirt (no logos or designs).
• Black slacks (wide leg preferred).
• Black belt (no branding).
• Black socks.
• Solid black boots (Doc Martens or similar).
• No jewelry.
• Neutral grooming and makeup.
