Georgia Event Tour Outreach

We are seeking enthusiastic and community-focused individuals for a Brand Ambassador role on a statewide outreach tour across Georgia. This initiative focuses on community engagement, education, and access to vital resources during the upcoming enrollment season. Events will range from large-scale activations to smaller local pop-ups, all designed to support families and individuals throughout Georgia.

Positions Available:

• Bilingual Brand Ambassadors (English/Spanish)
• Community Outreach Specialists
• Event Setup/Breakdown Support

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and breaking down event equipment, including tents, signage, tables, chairs, and games.
• Engaging with community members in a welcoming and informative manner.
• Distributing promotional materials and branded giveaways.
• Providing accurate information and assisting attendees with enrollment questions.
• Supporting light food and beverage service, such as coffee/tea trucks at select events.
• Maintaining a clean, organized event space and managing foot traffic efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus for many locations.
• Prior experience in outreach, healthcare, nonprofit work, or tabling is strongly preferred.
• Ability to confidently and kindly guide attendees through provided information.
• Possession of a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Safe Serve or Food Handler Certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Event Locations:

Events will be held across Georgia, including, but not limited to, the following counties: Lowndes, Houston, Forsyth, Camden, Colquitt, Elbert, Worth, Hall, Gwinnett, Bartow, DeKalb, and Fulton.

Flexible Scheduling:

We are building a dynamic team! With at least 25 events scheduled from late September through December, you are not expected to work every event. We are hiring a team of staff members who will rotate coverage throughout the calendar. Whether you're available for a few dates or many, we encourage you to apply.
