Plantain Chips In-Store Demo

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting in-store event at select Publix locations, focusing on a Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food product: Plantain Chips.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent a heritage snack brand renowned for its delicious, crispy plantain chips. If you are passionate about snacks, clean ingredients, and enjoy engaging with people, we encourage you to apply.

Locations available: Select Publix stores

• Event Date: Entire month of October
• Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours)
• Pay: $25/hr – $100 per demo

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of a heritage snack brand. Your responsibilities include setting up an inviting display with your own table and tablecloth, sampling the product, and engaging shoppers. Your primary goal is to encourage product trial, boost sales, and connect with three key shopper segments:

• Flavor Explorers: Younger, adventurous snackers. Engage them with high energy and excitement, highlighting the unique taste experience.
• Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented, nostalgic shoppers. Emphasize the brand's tradition and cultural roots.
• Clean Ingredient Families: Busy parents. Focus on the clean label and simple ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a concise video interview and attend virtual live training.
• Provide your own table and tablecloth (required).
• Wear a branded hat (provided).
• Arrive on time, set up, and maintain an organized demo station.
• Sample product, actively engage customers, and drive purchases.
• Communicate with the program lead throughout your shift and submit recap photos.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Outgoing, responsible, and results-driven.
• Possess prior demo, sales, or customer service experience.
• Well-spoken, reliable, and professional in-store.
• Capable of standing for 4 hours and lifting light materials.
