About This Role

Mariano Events is seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations of a variety of products. This role involves 3-4 hour demonstrations, primarily on weekends, with a pay rate of $28/hr.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals for events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Successful candidates must be professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for generating brand sales through exceptional consumer engagement. To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is a requirement.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
  • Comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
  • 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation to events.
  • Ability to lift 35lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Arriving on time to all events.
  • Retaining brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicating key message points to consumers.
  • Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumers to participate.
  • Directing consumers to the various products being sampled.
  • Distributing premiums and maintaining an accurate inventory of sampled products.
  • Collecting feedback from every target consumer sampling the product.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space.
  • Possessing knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintaining the cleanliness of the event area.
  • Communicating with Supervisors/Managers regarding all urgent matters during events.
  • Adhering to uniform policy.
