Automotive Drive Event Registration

Join our dynamic team as a Registration Assistant for our upcoming drive event! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction—supporting the registration process, assisting participants, managing registration data, and ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to wristband distribution.

Location: 1800 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511, USA

Event Dates:

• Tuesday, October 21st
• Wednesday, October 22nd

Hours: Full-day shifts; exact schedule will vary based on event needs.

Key Responsibilities: As the Registration Assistant, you will play an essential role in welcoming and guiding participants through the process. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Checking in participants using an iPad
• Verifying driver’s licenses
• Ensuring waivers are completed
• Distributing wristbands
• Answering guest questions
• Directing participants to the appropriate areas

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-energy event where consumers will have the chance to test drive new vehicles.

Requirements:

• Brand Ambassador experience
• Fully Speak/Understand English
• Automotive Experience
• Driver's License
