Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador for the NASCAR Experience at Talladega Superspeedway, you will be on the front lines, interacting with fans and enhancing their race experience. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating engagement through various activities such as:
- Fan Interaction: Engage fans by distributing promotional items and getting them excited about the race.
- Simulator Operation: Assist attendees in using simulators; provide guidance, restart machines when necessary, and ensure a smooth experience.
- Caution Crew Support: Help generate excitement during the lead-up to driver introductions by throwing out premiums and encouraging the crowd.
- Display Assistance: Bring visitors into the display area and capture memorable moments by assisting with photos.
Dates:
- This role requires dedication over three days: Friday, October 17–Sunday, October 19, with a specific need for additional Brand Ambassadors on Sunday only.
Estimated Hours: Hours will vary, with approximate schedules as follows:
- Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
- Saturday: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Sunday: 7 AM – 1 PM
Dress in a uniform of black pants, shorts, or skorts and comfortable black shoes, with a provided shirt. Please note that visible facial tattoos, brightly colored hair, and obvious facial piercings are not allowed during this event. Reimbursement for parking will be offered, and payment as a 1099 contractor will occur within three weeks post-event.
