NASCAR Fan Engagement Activation

We are seeking outgoing, energetic Brand Ambassadors with a clean-cut appearance to represent our brand at the upcoming NASCAR Race at Talladega Superspeedway.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with fans and generating excitement for the race.
• Distributing promotional merchandise.
• Operating racing simulators, guiding participants, and performing restarts as needed.
• Assisting the Caution Crew by distributing premiums before support races and the main Cup race.
• Inviting attendees to the display area.
• Facilitating photo opportunities for fans.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and energetic.

This event is located at Talladega Superspeedway, Speedway Blvd, Lincoln, AL, USA.

We require THREE Brand Ambassadors for the full event from Friday, October 17th, to Sunday, October 19th. Additionally, TWO Brand Ambassadors are needed for Sunday, October 19th, only.

Estimated hours are as follows (will be confirmed closer to the event):

• Friday: 9 AM to 3 PM
• Saturday: 7 AM to 3 PM
• Sunday: 7 AM to 1 PM

The uniform consists of black pants, shorts, skorts, or shirts, comfortable black shoes, and black socks. A branded shirt will be provided.

Parking will be reimbursed.

Brand Ambassadors will be onboarded as 1099 contractors and will receive payment within three weeks of the event. This is a standard day rate, and there will be no reimbursements for travel expenses, including hotel, fuel, flights, per-diem, or food.

Please note: No facial tattoos, obscene tattoos, brightly colored hair, or obvious facial piercings are permitted.
