Role Overview
Join our team as a Brand Ambassador representing our heritage snack brand, Plantain Chips, during an engaging in-store event at select Publix locations in Lithia Springs. Your mission will be to create an inviting atmosphere that showcases our delicious, crispy plantain chips while encouraging shoppers to try and purchase our products.
Key Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Conduct a short video interview followed by virtual live training.
- Bring your own table and tablecloth to set up an appealing demo station.
- Wear a branded hat to represent the brand.
- Arrange your demo station professionally and maintain organization throughout your shift.
- Sample products and actively engage with customers to boost sales.
- Communicate effectively with the program lead for updates and send recap photos after the event.
Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate is outgoing, responsible, and results-driven, with previous demo, sales, or customer service experience. You should also be well-spoken, reliable, and able to maintain professionalism in-store while standing for the duration of your shift and lifting light materials.
