Inertia Tours College Roadshow

Inertia Tours Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Activation, Field or BA Manager to join our dynamic team for a traveling Road Show. This exciting role involves visiting college fraternities and sororities in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois to recruit student representatives and promote our exclusive college spring break travel packages.

This is not a typical promotional job; we are looking for individuals who can build genuine connections and generate high-quality leads. While not required, past Greek affiliation or membership is appreciated, and being recently out of college can be beneficial.

The position runs from approximately September 21st to November 15th. Comprehensive training will be provided in Austin, Texas, for a half-day before you embark on your journey.

Key Requirements:

• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel non-stop in the Midwest.
• Comfortable with walking and meeting new people.
• An outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $500/week base pay.
• $300 car allowance per month if a personal car is used.
• All gas expenses paid, plus one oil change.
• Commissions based on performance (no sales required; our national sales team handles sales).
• Nightly national hotel provided (typically includes breakfast).
• Food and hotel stipend provided.

Schedule:

• Sunday: 2 PM to 7 PM
• Monday - Thursday: 1 PM to 9 PM
• No Fridays or Saturdays.
• Off Thursday after 9 PM to Sunday 2 PM.

On-the-job training will be provided by our Director of Operations, who has three years of experience in this role. Regular check-ins with photos and a weekly report are required. This role offers a fun opportunity to meet many new people and experience multiple states on the company's dime. You are welcome to bring a companion, though compensation and food stipends will not increase.

Upon successful completion of this position, you will have the exciting opportunity to stay in South Padre Island for the month of March to promote our exclusive pool parties, party yacht cruises, and nightclub events.
