We are seeking an Onsite Event Manager in Los Angeles to support and oversee the seamless execution of corporate events. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in live event environments and can confidently manage logistics, staff, and client expectations on the ground.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the onsite lead during corporate events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Supervise event staff, vendors, and setup/tear-down operations.

- Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams onsite to deliver a seamless event.
- Oversee registration, guest flow, catering, AV, and other live event elements.
- Provide post-event feedback and reporting.
Qualifications:
