Charleston Coffee Roasters - Holiday Spectacular Baristas

Join us as a Brand Ambassador for the 2nd ANNUAL MARYLAND HOLIDAY LIGHT SPECTACULAR in Timonium, Maryland, and help us Capture the Magic and Light Up the Season! We are seeking four enthusiastic individuals to work as Coffee Baristas during this 20-day assignment, partnering with Charleston Coffee Roasters to provide a fun and rewarding experience.

Two baristas will work daily, each shift lasting approximately 5 to 7 hours, with longer shifts on weekends due to higher attendance at this outdoor Holiday Light Experience on the Maryland State Fairgrounds.

The pay rate for this exciting opportunity is $25 an hour, plus tips (split daily between the two working baristas).

This position is located at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Rd, Timonium, MD 21093.

Work hours are primarily late afternoon and into the evening, with an average of 5 to 7 hours per shift.

The assignment runs every day from December 5th through December 24th, 2025, totaling 20 days. If you can make and pour premium coffee provided by Charleston Coffee Roasters, and are open to training, this is an excellent holiday job opportunity.
