Lemon Perfect In-Store Demo

Mariano Events is actively seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations, specifically for Lemon Perfect and a variety of other exciting products. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to represent brands at events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. This role offers an engaging opportunity to connect with consumers and drive sales.

This is a 3-4 hour demo role, primarily scheduled on weekends, with a competitive pay rate of $28/hr. Brand Ambassadors are crucial in generating brand sales through exceptional consumer engagement and product education.

To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required. We are seeking individuals who are professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
• Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to event locations.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Arrive on time for all scheduled events.
• Retain brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, effectively communicating key message points to consumers.
• Attract, interact with, and encourage consumers to participate in demonstrations.
• Direct consumers to the various products being sampled.
• Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of sampled products.
• Collect feedback from every targeted consumer sampling the product.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the event space efficiently.
• Possess knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintain the cleanliness of the event area.
• Communicate with Supervisors/Managers regarding all urgent matters during events.
• Adhere strictly to the uniform policy.
