Responsibilities

  • Supporting on-site registration and hospitality desks.
  • Providing vital information and assistance to attendees.
  • Managing on-site vendor coordination for decor, food and beverage services.
  • Collaborating closely with DMC (Destination Management Company) managers to follow program details accurately.

Employment Details

  • This position is particularly in demand for the dates of October 19-22, with additional programs anticipated in the future.
  • Staff will have the flexibility to choose shifts that best fit their schedule, with a 5-hour minimum pay guarantee.
  • Reimbursement for parking and mileage is available for travel exceeding 40 miles round trip.

  • Must be local to Naples/Fort Myers and have reliable transportation
