Front Page Retail Merchandising Activation

Front Page Retail is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Atlanta - Marietta, GA. This is a part-time, in-person position with a flexible schedule, primarily Monday through Friday day shifts. The hourly pay rate is $18-$20 per hour, based on skills and experience, plus mileage reimbursement.

As a merchandising and demo company, Front Page Retail partners with CPG brands to ensure products are not only available on store shelves but also capture shopper attention through compelling in-store displays and demos. Our comprehensive merchandising solutions are designed to position brands for success in the competitive retail market, ensuring products stand out and become the preferred choice for customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual responsible for ensuring our products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand standards in retail stores. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to optimize product placement and inventory organization, ultimately driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life of a Merchandiser includes:

• Ensuring products are displayed according to planograms, shelf layouts, and company guidelines.
• Replenishing shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.
• Organizing and cleaning product displays to create an attractive and efficient shopping environment.
• Building and maintaining promotional displays to boost sales.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock.
• Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to effectively communicate and resolve merchandising issues.
• Providing feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and merchandising strategies.
• Performing regular reports on customer interactions and store conditions.

Requirements for this role include:

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the Atlanta - Marietta area.
• A reliable vehicle with proof of insurance coverage to travel between stores.
• Ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs.
• A smartphone with camera and data capability.
• Experience with field marketing, product demonstrations, and in-store promotions is a plus.
