All-American Cheese Sampling Activation

Icon Food Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premier All-American cheese brand. This role is part of our "Autumn Bites & Cheesy Delights" sampling activation at select Balducci's Market locations, focusing on engaging consumers and driving sales.

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven, engaging, and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team and create memorable brand experiences.

Event Details:

• Location: Balducci's - McLean, 6655 Old Dominion Dr, McLean, VA 22101
• Dates & Hours:
  • October 17th, 2025: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • October 30th, 2025: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Assist with demo setup and breakdown.
• Sample products and educate consumers on the brand's offerings.
• Engage with retail partner customers to drive sales and enhance their product experience.
• Complete a post-event recap with photos at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• Prior Brand Ambassador or experiential marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. with ease.
• Capable of standing and working long hours, including outdoors, and in good health.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with consumers.
• Must have a four-star rating or better to be considered.
• A resume must be attached to your profile.
• A profile photo of yourself is required; avatars, AI-generated, or heavily filtered photos will not be accepted.
• Applicants must be relatively local to the job site; we are not considering traveling Brand Ambassadors at this time.
