ESM Retail Activation

We are seeking a proactive and committed individual for an Entry-Level Sales Merchandiser (ESM) position specializing in Liquor/Wine/Beer Off-Premise (Retail or Standard Event). As an ESM, you will be responsible for ensuring product visibility and optimal shelf placement in retail locations and during standard events. You will work to build strong relationships with store personnel and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and promote our brands effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing merchandising plans and maintaining product displays in assigned accounts.
• Ensuring proper rotation of products and removing out-of-date items.
• Setting up and tearing down displays for standard promotional events.
• Communicating effectively with store management regarding product availability and display opportunities.
• Collecting and reporting data on sales and merchandising activities.
