Florida Blue Brand Ambassador Activation

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Bilingual Team Leads to represent Florida Blue as Brand Ambassadors. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, high-energy, and possess a positive attitude, comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public.

This role requires individuals who are fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Hebrew is also an asset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging guests and encouraging booth participation
• Directing guests to Florida Blue agents
• Managing sign-ups via QR codes in exchange for giveaways
• Transporting event assets to and from storage using a personal SUV or minivan
• Independently setting up event tents

Candidates must be able to lift over 25 pounds. A male preferred candidate is desired for this position. If selected, a 3-step onboarding process, including I-9 verification, will be required.
