Front Page Retail Merchandising

Front Page Retail is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in North & South Miami, FL. This is a full-time, in-person position with an hourly pay rate of $18-$20/hour (based on skills and experience), plus mileage reimbursement. The role is active from Monday, December 1st, on-going.

As a merchandising and demo company, Front Page Retail partners with CPG brands to ensure products are not only on store shelves but also grab shoppers' attention with impactful in-store displays and demos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and according to brand standards in retail stores. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to optimize product placement and inventory organization, driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life of our Merchandiser includes:

• Ensuring products are displayed according to planograms, shelf layouts, and company guidelines.
• Replenishing shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Organizing and cleaning product displays to maintain an attractive and efficient shopping environment.
• Building and maintaining promotional displays to boost sales.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining proper stock.
• Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to communicate and resolve merchandising issues.
• Providing feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and merchandising strategies.
• Performing regular reports for assigned customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel around the South Miami/Kendall area.
• A reliable vehicle to travel between stores with proof of insurance coverage.
• Must be able to lift up to 20-25 lbs.
• Must have a smartphone with a camera and data capability.
• Experience with field marketing, demos, and in-store promotions is a plus.
