All-American Cheese Sampling Activation

Icon Food Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premier All-American cheese brand. Join our team for the Autumn Bites & Cheesy Delights sampling activation at select Balducci's Market locations.

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven, engaging, and reliable individuals to educate consumers and drive sales for a beloved brand.

Event Details:

• Location: Kings - Upper Montclair, 640 Valley Rd, Upper Montclair, NJ 07043
• Dates & Hours:
  • October 17th, 2025: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • October 30th, 2025: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Assist with demo setup and breakdown.
• Sample and educate consumers on the brand’s products.
• Engage with retail partner customers to drive sales and enhance product experience.
• MUST complete a post-event recap with photos at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• Prior Brand Ambassador or experiential marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs with ease.
• Must be in good health and able to stand and work long hours outdoors.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with consumers.
• Must have a four-star rating or better to be considered.
• Must have a resume attached to your TH profile.
• Must have a profile photo of yourself (no avatars, AI, or heavily filtered images).
• Must be relatively local to the job site. We are not considering traveling Brand Ambassadors at this time.
