Plantain Chips Store Demo

We're seeking friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent a heritage snack brand at exciting in-store events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about snacks, clean ingredients, and enjoy engaging with the public. You will be sampling delicious, crispy plantain chips at select Publix locations.

Event Date: Entire month of October
Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours)
Pay: $25/hr – $100 per demo

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for setting up an inviting display with your own table and tablecloth. Your primary goal is to encourage product trial, boost sales, and connect with various types of shoppers:

• Flavor Explorers: Engage younger, adventurous snackers with high energy and excitement, emphasizing the unique taste profile.
• Comfort Cravers: Connect with family-oriented, nostalgic shoppers by highlighting the brand's tradition and cultural roots.
• Clean Ingredient Families: Inform busy parents about the clean label, emphasizing simple, natural ingredients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing a short video interview and attending virtual live training.
• Providing your own table and tablecloth (required).
• Wearing a branded hat (provided).
• Arriving on time, setting up an organized demo station, and keeping it tidy.
• Sampling products, engaging customers, and driving purchases.
• Maintaining communication with the program lead and sending recap photos during your shift.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are outgoing, responsible, and motivated by results.
• Have prior demo, sales, or customer service experience.
• Are well-spoken, reliable, and professional in-store.
• Can stand for 4 hours and lift light materials.

This is a Required In Store Demonstrator role.
