About This Role
Mariano Events is seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations of a variety of products. This is a 3-4 hour demo position, primarily on weekends, with a pay rate of $28/hr.
We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to represent brands at events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Successful candidates must be professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for generating brand sales through effective consumer engagement. To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required.
If you possess the following qualities, we encourage you to apply:
- Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
- Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
- 1-2 years of promotional and/or trade show experience.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to events.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Arrive on time to all scheduled events.
- Retain brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicate key message points to consumers.
- Attract, interact with, and encourage consumers to participate in product demonstrations.
- Direct consumers to the various products being sampled.
- Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of products being sampled.
- Collect feedback from every target consumer sampling the product.
- Set up, maintain, and break down event spaces.
- Possess knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintain the cleanliness of the event area.
- Communicate with supervisors/managers regarding all urgent matters during the event.
- Adhere to uniform policy.
