About This Role
We are currently conducting interviews for multiple positions for the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2025. This is a large, professional medical conference, and we are looking for polished, friendly, and reliable event staff to join our team!
Available Roles:
- Circulation Ambassadors: Distribute daily newspapers, show guides, and attendee bags (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM daily, perfect for early risers).
- Lead Retrieval Team Members: Scan badges and assist in theaters and learning studios.
- Information Desk Hosts: Greet attendees, answer questions, and direct traffic.
- Room Reset/Support Staff: Tidy up presentation spaces between sessions.
- General Hostesses: Provide a welcoming presence, support attendees, and ensure smooth event operations.
Details:
- Shifts range from 4–8 hours, depending on the position.
- Must be professional, approachable, and punctual.
- Wardrobe is all black business professional: black pants, black blazer, black comfortable dress shoes.
- Full availability for all three days preferred. If you are only available during certain hours, please specify your exact availability in your application.
