Overview

As a Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador for Factory 360, you'll play a critical role in our six-week retail pop-up in New York. You will be the welcoming face of our brand, ensuring that each guest receives unmatched service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, managing store capacity effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Share essential details about the pop-up and offer styling assistance and product information.
  • Fitting Room Assistance: Help guests in the fitting rooms by providing alternate sizes and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Sales Floor Support: Capably return fitting room merchandise to the sales floor in collaboration with the operational team.
  • Checkout Support: Facilitate smooth checkout processes while providing courteous assistance to customers.
  • Store Activations: Contribute to in-store activations and guide guests throughout their shopping journey.

Details

  • Dates: Friday, October 17 – Sunday, November 30 (full commitment required)
  • Schedule: Operations are Wednesday to Sunday (closed Mondays/Tuesdays, and Thanksgiving)
  • Operating Hours: 11 am to 7 pm
  • Shift Hours: Tentatively from 10:15 am to 7:30 pm
  • Mandatory Training: 3 days on-site training in NYC between October 9th - 15th and 1-2 hours of virtual training.
  • Post-Event Commitment: 2 additional days after the pop-up's conclusion.

  • Return merchandise from fitting rooms back to the sales floor with the operational team.
  • Support customers at the checkout process to ensure efficiency and courtesy.
  • Guide guests throughout the store and support in-store activations.
