About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Brand Ambassador | Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our six-week retail pop-up. This highly guest-facing role combines exceptional customer service with product expertise and essential back-of-house support, ensuring a seamless and brand-aligned experience for every visitor.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer journey, assisting with product selection, and upholding our brand values. Your responsibilities will contribute to the smooth operation and success of the pop-up event.

  • Greet and welcome guests, managing store capacity to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
  • Share key details about the pop-up, providing styling advice and comprehensive product information.
  • Assist guests in fitting rooms, including retrieving alternate sizes and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
  • Partner with the operational team to return fitting room merchandise to the sales floor efficiently.
  • Support customers at checkout, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and courteously.
  • Guide guests through in-store activations and the overall store experience as needed.

Important Details:

  • Dates: Friday, October 17 – Sunday, November 30. Commitment for the entire duration is required.
  • Schedule: Store operates Wednesday–Sunday (closed Mondays/Tuesdays, and Thanksgiving Wednesday–Thursday).
  • Store Operating Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
  • Shift Hours (Subject to change): 10:15 AM - 7:30 PM.
  • Mandatory Training: 3 days between October 9th - October 15th (on-site in NYC) + 1-2 hours virtual training.
  • Post-Event Commitment: 2 additional days after the pop-up closes.
