About This Role

Mariano Events is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors for exciting in-store demonstrations, specifically for Mulino Bianco products. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to represent brands at events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors must have the ability to generate brand sales through engaging consumer interactions. Demonstrations are typically 3-4 hours long and primarily take place on weekends, offering a competitive pay rate of $28/hour. To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required. Required Experience/Skills:
  • Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
  • Comfortable conversing with consumers, speaking in front of groups, and interacting with clients.
  • 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation to event locations.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Arriving punctually for all events.
  • Retaining brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and articulately communicating key message points to consumers.
  • Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumer participation.
  • Directing consumers to the various products being sampled.
  • Distributing premiums and maintaining an accurate inventory of sampled products.
  • Collecting feedback from every target consumer who samples the product.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space.
  • Adhering to standard food safety rules and maintaining cleanliness of the event area.
  • Communicating with Supervisors/Managers regarding all urgent matters during events.
  • Adhering to uniform policy.
