We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Guest Services Manager to join our team full-time and on-site in New York, NY.

As an Assistant Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for supervising guest services staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and performing receptionist duties. You will also be in charge of maintaining front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to handle guest inquiries
  • Strong Communication skills for clear and efficient communication with guests and staff members
  • Receptionist Duties experience to manage front desk operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
  • A College Degree; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
