About This Role
JBC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Event Coordinators & Event Managers for multiple high-profile New Year's Eve events across Manhattan. If you are looking to make money rather than spend it this New Year's Eve, this is the perfect opportunity!
This role involves staffing 14 simultaneous New Year's Eve events at top venues throughout Manhattan.
Location: Multiple Nightclubs Across Manhattan
Shift: December 31st, 7:30 PM–1:30 AM
A required 2-hour paid in-person training will be scheduled between December 21–23.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for event setup, ensuring smooth on-site execution, staff oversight, and serving as the primary point of contact between the venue and the sponsor company. Each Event Manager will take ownership of one event location.
Rate: Depends on experience and the size of the assigned event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and execution of a high-volume New Year’s Eve event.
- Serve as the night-of liaison between the venue and the sponsor team.
- Manage event staff, including Ticket Takers, Bottle Hosts, Cashiers, and Coat Check personnel.
- Ensure table reservations are seated quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with staff leading up to the event day.
