About the Role
Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is looking for motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen products at The Vitamin Shoppe.
Scheduled for October 18th from 11am-2pm, this position may also open up additional future campaigns in your area. Flexibility is key, as weekend availability is required, with potential week-day opportunities as well.
Responsibilities
- Call stores to confirm product inventory.
- Set up and maintain a clean demo area, ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures using proper storage tools.
- Engage customers by providing information about product ingredients and health benefits, while driving sales.
- Track inventory and maintain organized and tidy shelves.
- Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
Requirements
- Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Prompt responsiveness to emails and familiarity with Promomash, or willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
- Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in executing demo duties.
Payment Terms
- Compensation: $30/hour (1099 contractor)
- Payments are issued weekly via Bill.com (reports are due Mondays by 9 AM EST).
- Note that any incomplete reports or revisions requested can delay payment, and travel pay is not included. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
This is a self-scheduling position, making it crucial to effectively manage scheduling for your demo events. Failure to properly schedule may lead to nonpayment and could jeopardize future opportunities to work with us.
