Walmart Alcohol/Grocery Sampling Demo

GTE Agency is actively seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and product-savvy Brand Ambassadors to represent various brands at Walmart locations. This role offers a competitive compensation range of $18-$23 per hour, depending on the type of sampling event. We conduct both alcohol and grocery sampling demonstrations, with all necessary kits and products provided directly at the store.

This is a consistent, ongoing program with multiple event dates. We kindly request that you only commit to shifts you can confidently complete. Prompt reporting is crucial: JET reports and accompanying photos are required within 24 hours of event completion. This includes setup, receipt, and shopper engagement photographs.

Event Representative Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sampling:

  • Warmly greet event guests and invite them to sample products.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically communicate key product messaging.
  • Distribute coupons or promotional materials as available.

• Professionalism & Teamwork:

  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and store personnel.
  • Adhere to all directions and adjustments provided by the store manager.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with your dedicated Account Executive.

• Event Setup & Maintenance:

  • Efficiently set up and break down the sampling cart and area.
  • Ensure the sampling station remains clean and tidy throughout the event.
  • Exercise good judgment and strictly follow health and safety guidelines.

• Reporting & Follow-up:

  • Complete the Client JET online report within 24 hours of the event.
  • Upload a minimum of 3 event photos (setup, receipt, and shopper engagement) with your report.
  • Provide clear documentation of your performance and event setup.

The required dress code is all-black attire:

• Black pants
• Black collared shirt
• Black non-slip shoes

A pre-event call is likely to be scheduled next week for this event. If you have already confirmed a shift, please do not request to switch. We have numerous openings to fill promptly, so please carefully verify your availability.
