Join us as a brand ambassador for an exciting tailgate activation! Our client, a prominent alcohol brand, will be hosting a tent or trailer setup at the football stadium parking lot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Whiskey Tastings: Set up and lead whiskey sampling stations, educating consumers on the product line and encouraging responsible consumption.
  • Crowd Engagement: Generate brand excitement by interacting with tailgate attendees, answering product-related questions, and encouraging participation in activities.
  • ID Verification: Meticulously check guest IDs to ensure all tasting participants are 21+ in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Giveaway Distribution: Manage branded merchandise giveaways, ensuring fair and organized distribution to enthusiastic attendees.
  • Game Oversight: Monitor and assist with yard games (e.g., cornhole) to ensure a fun and safe environment for all participants.
  • Brand Promotion: Act as the on-site brand champion, sharing key messaging, promoting social media handles, and significantly boosting overall brand awareness.
  • Crowd Control: Assist in managing the flow of attendees around the activation zone to maintain a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience.
  • Event Support: Provide valuable assistance with event setup, breakdown, and inventory tracking as needed to ensure seamless operations.
