About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to lead a high-impact Kraft Mac & Cheese sampling program. This grassroots activation aims to reintroduce the iconic Kraft Mac & Cheese to lapsed fans and new audiences, highlighting its improved quality. The program spans 8 consecutive weeks, during which the Market Manager will oversee mobile sampling blitz teams, ensuring flawless execution to drive brand love and product trial.
Dates and Times:
- Prep Week: Monday, September 29th - Friday, October 3rd, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily
- Activation Weeks (8): October 6th - November 30th
- Monday: No sampling/Admin
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: No Sampling/Product Pick up Day
- Thursday - Sunday: Sampling Teams, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Close out Week: Monday, December 1st - Friday, December 5th, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local sampling team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive and operate a branded box truck. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable operating a 26ft box truck.
- Manage event logistics, including sampling kit deployment, inventory, uniforms, and branded engagement tools.
- Train, motivate, and support Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional consumer interactions.
- Oversee distribution of full-size Kraft Mac & Cheese boxes in high-traffic areas.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between the local team and program leadership.
- Capture recaps, surveys, photos, and key learnings from activations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Market Manager or in event/field marketing leadership roles is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be highly familiar with your market and able to identify high-traffic, consumer-rich sampling locations.
