Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Valid Drivers License
- • 2+ years of management experience in canvassing, lead generation, event marketing, or sales
- • Experience in recruiting and training teams
- • Ability to work evenings and weekends
- • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- • Self-motivated with an accountability mindset
