Key Responsibilities
- Provide an initial count of all received items, ensuring accuracy with tracking individual ID numbers.
- Offer ongoing weekly updates of inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
- Schedule supply pickup at the storage unit 2-3 times a week during accessible working hours.
- Document the supplies given to or returned by field representatives and handle queries regarding supplies effectively.
- Meet with representatives transitioning out of the program within a 48-hour window to retrieve any leftover assets.
- Maintain an open line of communication with our warehousing partners and promptly report any issues.
- Adhere to protocols for unit closure, including necessary cleanup tasks.
Physical Requirements
This role involves the physical requirements of lifting over 20 pounds and working in potentially dusty, dirty, and variable temperature environments.
Estimated hours are 5-10 hours per week, depending on market size. The compensation is $30 per hour for relevant tasks.
