Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and professional Backup Crew Members to join our on-site operations team for a dynamic athletic sneaker brand activation in Orlando. While this position does not involve direct customer interaction, the role is crucial in moving products, restocking supplies, and ensuring the smooth execution of the event.
As a member of the Backup Crew, you will be assigned guaranteed shifts and must be prepared to report for duty in uniform. If a core team member is unable to attend, you will step in to work the full event shift. Note that this is not an on-call role; you will be actively scheduled and may need to extend your hours as necessary.
Training and Shift Details
Mandatory training is required:
- Virtual Training: Tuesday, Oct 21 (Tentative: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
- On-site Training: Wednesday, Oct 22 (Tentative: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Guaranteed backup shifts include:
- Thursday, Oct 23: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Friday, Oct 24: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday, Oct 25: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Possible shifts (based on activation) are:
- Shift One: Thursday, Oct 23: 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Friday, Oct 24: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Saturday, Oct 25: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift Two: Thursday, October 23, 2025 – 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday, October 24, 2025 – 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Rotating Roles
During your shift, you will rotate through various positions, including:
- Loaders: Loading shoe boxes into bins
- Carton Prep / Backstock: Opening, sorting, and organizing inventory
- Runners: Transporting products between zones
